We are looking forward to another golf outing at Hawk’s View
in Lake Geneva for the Youth for Christ of Southeast Wisconsin— For The Kids Golf Classic. Every year we ask individuals and
businesses to partner with us in the support of the ministry and
the event itself. Below you will see the different
opportunities for your involvement, please consider joining us as
we put together what we hope will be our best outing yet. Feel

Golf Team Registration
Four Man Scramble
The For The Kids Golf Classic will take place Thursday, June 9,
2011 at Hawk's View Golf Club located at 7377 Krueger Road in
Lake Geneva, WI. Registration of players will start at 10:30 am.
Lunch will be served starting at 11:00am.
Fill in the registration and return it with the fee, (except for
sponsored teams) of $175.00 per player, which includes lunch,
door prizes, cart and green fees. Checks should be payable to
Youth for Christ. Please send your completed form in by June 1st.

Championship Partner - $7,500 contribution
Recognition at a designated hole, on the scorecard, in the program, at the
luncheon, and on the banner. Partners are entitled to two paid foursome entries.
Trophy Partner - $5,000 contribution
Recognition at a designated hole, in the program, at the luncheon, and on the banner.
Partners are entitled to one paid foursome entry.
Gift Partner - $3,000 contribution
Company logo on each gift given and recognition in the program, at a designated hole, and on the banner.
Partners are entitled to one paid foursome entry.
Banquet Partner - $2,500 contribution
Recognition at the banquet facilities, in the program, and at a designated hole.
Partners are entitled to one paid foursome entry.
Cart Partner - $2,500 contribution - Culver's of Racine
Recognition on each golf cart at a designated hole, in the program, and on the banner.

Book Partner - $1,500.00 contribution
Recognition on each book and in the program, and at a designated hole.
